Situated in Paarl, South Africa, Brookdale emphasises wonder and freedom. Winemaker Kiara Scott is one of the youngest female cellarmasters in South Africa and crafts wines with purity, elegance and tension.
While previous efforts focused primarily on driving sales, our approach centred on telling the Norman Goodfellows brand story and deepening customer loyalty. By highlighting both retail stores and warehouse operations, we set out to create authentic, online connections between viewers and staff – relationships that could seamlessly translate into real-life interactions.
We also produced on-location shoots for key wineries in their portfolio, showcasing the wines and the people behind them through compelling, story-driven content.
